It appears this world is chaotic and everything is out of control. Yet Jesus is still King! Being a child of God I know this isn’t my home. In Heaven there’ll be no more suffering, pain or sorrow. There’s no trial or burden that can’t be cast upon the Lord.

Looking back to past experiences, comfort is found in God’s Sovereignty. He granted hope, faith, healing, courage and strength. And will continue to sustain His children.

I encourage anyone going through a storm, draw close to Christ and cling to His promises! There are others desperare for the hope of a Savior. We can be the light in the darkness. Be genuine about your fears and struggles. The Lord will work through our lives in a Mighty way!

Romans 8:28 ~ And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.

Matthew 6:34 ~ Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Matthew 5:14-16 ~ Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.  Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

God still reigns!

In weakness…we seek God’s strength

In times of sorrow…the joy of the Lord

In pain…healing and comfort by Jesus

Fear causes us to draw close to Him. For in His Mighty and Amazing Presence, an overwhelming peace resides. This world can be in complete chaos…Yet God still causes the sun to rise and moon to shine!

Begin your day with His Word. It will convict, encourage, and edify your soul. Let the love of Christ overflow into your thoughts and actions. He is worthy to be praised!!!

Everyday we have two choices. Dwell on the past and our problems, or cast those burdens onto the Lord. I pray those enduring overwhelming trials, will seek comfort and healing in Christ.

Look away from self and focus on His promises. Jesus is more powerful then any struggle we have. He’s the One who’ll guide us down the strait and narrow path, leading to Heaven.

When anxiety and fear arises, fleeing to the Word of God. Satan wants me to be a basket case of emotions. The love of Christ embraces, protects, and comforts.

Lord, we get so caught up in the craziness and turmoil of this fallen world. Father-Bring with in us a sense of peace and calm.

Help us look to You for guidance and wisdom. We are incredibly thankful for Your blood shed upon the Cross. Living to bring You honor and glory. In Jesus name, Amen

Lord, even when I can’t find the words to pray. You know the depths of my heart. Though storms and trials threaten to bring chaos and despair….You’ll never leave nor forsake me! This world and it’s wickedness won’t last forever.
My never-ending hope lies in Your Word and Your promises. Father, I long to see You face to face. Until that amazing and glorious day, telling the lost of Your Sacrifice. Resurrection. Redemption. Salvation. Forgiveness. Mercy. Grace.

Romans 8:26-27 ~ Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Life of a Christian

He tells the sun to rise, and stars to shine. The most intricate details of your life He knows.

That heavy burden crushing your soul right now, cast it upon His shoulders. Do we praise Christ daily for His unfailing love, mercy and grace?

Are our minds renewed by His Holy Word, or just words read and forgotten? Can the world see fruits of the Spirit in our words and actions?

Psalm 147:1-11 ~ Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.

The Lord doth build up Jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Israel.

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names.

Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.

The Lord lifteth up the meek: he casteth the wicked down to the ground.

Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:

Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.

He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.

He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: he taketh not pleasure in the legs of a man.

The Lord taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
