God’s Provision

Lord, I don’t know what the days ahead, hold in store. One thing I know for sure…is faith, hope, grace, mercy, strength, comfort and courage is  found in You!

Father- when fear and worry arises in my heart…Your peace that passes all understanding, fills my soul. I’m weak and weary. You’re strong and Mighty!

Let not the severest trials, cause my faith to waver. Your love is faithful and everlasting. When circumstances overwhelm, You calm the raging chaos within.

Help us to not be consumed by our burdens. Instead run to You, for refuge and protection. Jesus, I trust and believe Your ways are best.

In a world where things don’t always make sense…You are the same yesterday, today and forever!

Philippians 4:13 ~ I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Phillipians 4:6-7 ~Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

On Fire For God

When someone is filled with the Holy Spirit, it’s as if a fire has been ignited in their soul. It’s mediating on God’s Word, time spent in prayer and praising God.. These all add ‘fuel ‘ to the fire.

The more we saturate our hearts, and minds, with His promises – the less focus will be on the flesh and it’s desires.

Lord, I pray You’ll keep our soul fixed upon You. Daily dying to self, and trusting in Your ways. True peace and joy comes from abiding in Your presence. In Jesus name, Amen

Galatians 5:16 ~  I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

John 14:15-17 ~ If you love Me, keep My commandments.  And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.

The Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

I love Sarah!

To the parent with a special needs child…God knows what you’re going through. He hears your prayers for strength and courage. Though each day brings challenges, His Grace will always be sufficient. You are making a huge impact on your kid’s life.

From my personal experience of being a mom of a ( 12 yr. old Autistic daughter )…the small things are the BIG things. Having a short conversation, and being able to ask how she feels.  Her being able to express thoughts and emotions. Those are things I took for granted at one time.

The mental, emotional, and physical needs of your child are unique and at times overwhelming. You don’t walk this journey alone. Seek the Lord’s guidance and wisdom.

Proverbs 3:5-6 ~ Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

Chronic illness changes a person’s life. Emotionally, mentally, and physically. Someone who was once an active, outgoing person – can turn into someone who’d rather spend time in places that are calm, low stress, and  minimal noise.

When your body is in constant pain.. anxiety increases. It’s as if you’re always in protective mode. The world we live in…is fast paced, chaotic, and full of noises! So being able to retreat to a haven of rest, is so important for chronic pain sufferers.

Don’t hesitate to reach out and encourage others. You never know what someone is struggling with. God knows what we need! He is an amazing Father!
